Anyone here going to the classic expo? If so bring a tape measure and take lot of pics of the 203, LOL. Window shopping for Elites is harder than with any other brand of boat.

One would think in days age of boat building, they would build in places on the transom to mount power poles as to having to mount them off the Jack Plate or engine brackets.
have them bolt directly to the transom, possibly on the outside corners for optimum performance.

The only thing that has less current posts than anything on the Charger forum are the Cajun, Bumblebee and pontoons forums.

If I had not bought a skeeter FXR 21 last year I would be getting one with a 300 on it. Saw one new 203 listed by a dealer last week and it looked really good. I still see alot of older champions on the water at Sam Rayburn with new engines on them. I know the charger would last a lifetime if stored properly.

No way I’d pay 95K on a skinny tippy boat. I remember when you could get a new 203 for a little more than 1/3 that price and back then it was a new hull design. Motor prices are crazy!

Not sure where you’re seeing those prices similarly equipped?

I totally agree. And like there is absolutely no promotion or buzz on this model. A 203 is a big water boat, aimed at a specific type of guy. AT 95k that isn't a good combo for sales numbers.

There true campion hulls with modifications to the top cat with the charger name . Nothing about them are bass cat in fact the new sets series is a copy of the campion hull.

The '99 Champ 203 I had, cost $36,000 new, that was everything included. Today the hull is that price. Now another $20k + for the motor, 3-4K for trolling motor, and $$$$ for electronics, it gets up there pretty quick.
