Not true, I was informed the the fact that the .223 is 22'3", does not mean the .204 converts to 20'4", I've heard from Ballistic the .204 will be about 8" shorter than the .223. Time will tell, in a few weeks as I understand. I was really hoping for a 20'4" as that would fit in my garage, a .223 will not.

Unlimited. That boat with a 400 is a beast. Owner wants to put a 450 on it, lol

Any idea how a 204 with a 300R would do top end? Light and also loaded at pretty much sea level. (I live on the coast so elevation is not a factor)

Falcon has a fully carbon fiber built boat with the 300R and it pushes very close to 100 but it’s a .223 which is a tad longer than the .204. I imagine the regular fiberglass .204 boat would be a high 80’s- 90’s boat with the right prop and lower unit. Just guessing though. Maybe Falcon Pilot can chime in shortly.

Regular layup .223 is 92mph with 300R, .204 will be a couple MPH faster than that with a 300R, my .204 fully loaded with with 2 people is low 80's and probably mid 80's now that it is cooling off. I went with a 250R and a TM because I did not want to buy $2000 and up props. We are a little unsure about the capabilities of the new TM on the 4 strokes. With the 2 strokes 85 was about all you could safely run those things before you were risking a blowout. That being said that TM really totes the mail on the low end and mid range and I am getting older now and have no need to go 90 mph anymore.

Sorry, did not mention the lower unit on the .223 I had. Falcon pilot is correct. The Sporty is faster with the 300R.
