Attwood Tsunami T800 vs newer MK2...

Hey guys, I'm replacing the entire pump because it's cracked. I ordered the exact same pump on ebay and they sent me the newer replacement pump- the MK2. New and improved I guess. I was going to send it back , but wanted to ask if there is any difference and if it's a straight up swap. Anyone done it? Thanks!

Of it can be used with old housing why not....I would use it.....
