Being of the old geezer generation the wife and I can no longer do spicy food. I do a lot of stir fry and am looking for chillies that add flavor but are not spicy. I made Mongolian beef tonight with no chillies. Sesame oil helped with the flavor of the beef but it still wasn't the same. Are there chillies I can use to enhance the flavor of the meat with out the spicy heat?
