21 mercury 150 4s Help’ Fault 431-25

Got guardian activating at 3500rpm , has oil pressure sensor fault , has 6 beeps at startup , just goes into guardian mode at 3500rpm and above , vessel view I code is 431-25 says fault oil pressure sensor

Have you checked the engine oil level?

431-25 is an indication that the signal lead from the sensor is returning voltage lower than expected range. Could be sensor or sensor wiring (open/broken circuit OR the wire could be shorted to GROUND).

Limit key-on time until this has been identified and addressed (to avoid possibility of damage to other expensive electrical components).
