    Future Hydra Sports bass boat?

I actually work next door to the Hydra Sports Manufacturer in Vonore Tn. They currently have several other Brand New Bass Boats from other manufactures in there lot, Ranger, Skeeter,Camas,Triton. Not sure what is going on, but they might be using these hulls for ideas for a Future Hydra Sports bass boat. Hmmmmmmm. Time will tell. Keep an eye out fellas. Hydra Sports might be back!

Hydrasports just quit building bassboats after the OMC bankruptcy and break up. They remained making center consoles and many other salt water boats. More recently the company switched to just making custom boats and now go by "HCB" in other words...Hydrasports Custom Boats.

Thanks. I looked for a website and couldn't find one so I was confused by what the OP was saying.

Well, with the prices sky rocketing, I'm sure we'll sure more builders throwing their hat in the ring.
Fished out of a VL-475 for 6 or 7 years. Never could get it to run. mid 40's with an old 135 Johnny and not much better with a mariner mag 2. It did fish okay though.

I had VS 175 that I bought new in 1995. With a Evinrude 150, it would fly with just me and also would get in real skinny water.

I love the 196 boats. I’d like to have one with a hopped up 200 sho. It would roll for sure.

Had a 96 LS185. It was a solid boat. It'd be cool if they started building a bass boat again.

No, Joe Reeves started Hydra Sport. Earl Bentz worked for him, then was finaced by a wealthy TN guy named Maddox to leave and start Stratos.
