Does anyone know the length with the swing tongue in and the motor trimmed all the way down. The website says 23’11” with swing tongue in but does not say if the motor is trimmed down. My garage is 23’.

Website measurement is ‘with motor vertical’. Of course, always a good idea to personally measure to ensure it will fit.

Your not fitting that in a 23' garage unless you trim the motor all the way down and put it diagonal. If that's all the room you have to work with I would go with a 19 footer.
My garage is 23’. I had a 20trx that fit just fine with it being a little bit diagonal. When it was in the dealer for some work, I borrowed a 21trx from them that had a 250 merc 2 stroke. It fit in my garage on an angle but it was tight. I really don’t know if it would have fit had it had a 4 stroke on it. Correction…it would fit if I had one big door. The problem would be gettin the folded tongue past the doorway with my 8’ wide doors.
