Air intake was under water, so "air bubbling" into well (Hydro-air) didn't work. It was not an issue on most boats.

Easy enuf to tell. Fill livewell then turn on Hydro--air. If you see air bubbles, all is well. If not, check to see if intake tube top in the livewell is under water. I think it is called venturi, but I am old and forget!. Not all boats had the Hydro-air option, so yours may not be involved at all.

Could someone tell me what I should replace what I believe is the thru hull aerator on my 85 champion. I think this is the last part to fix before putting my tanks back in. I don't know alpt about how all those works but I need to learn.
