LiveScope Problem!!!

I've never had a problem with my LVS32 over the past 4 years. However, after abut 3 hours of using it today my Livescope shifted to a screen that I can only see partially out. As you can see in the picture there is like a moon shape line and anything to the right of it is black. When i adjust the depth deeper, the wider the moon shape line gets a little further away. I have a power switch to the black box and turned it along with the head unit off and on numerous times to no avail. Does anyone know what's going on with it and how to fix it?

Mine has been used a dozen times and just got this ring on Sun. Can’t be junk already.

I had that same issue “white curved line” and was advised to update the software. Since that time I have had nothing but issues and now my other 8612 with LVS36 I having the same issues. There has to be some issue with the last few or the most recent update.
