I have a 1998 Mariner 150 efi 2.5L that I bought used. Motor runs great besides at idle. So I'm trying to get that fixed. Upon inspection of the motor I found this dual black wire plug that is not plugged in to the bottom of the ecm. Could someone tell me what it is for. I can't seem to find anything online telling me what it does . Thanks
