    Rough top coat question

I wet sanded my Ranger in 2011 and recently it feels rough to the touch does that mean that I no longer can wet sand again , it’s looking a little hazy too but wonder if there is any material left to wet sand??

I would try using a cutting compound and then wax.if that doesnt work try sanding a small section again.
If you wouldve gotten through the gel and down to flake in 2011, you wouldve felt it in 2011

I might give that a shot to see if anything smooths out then take it from there.

I tried a small area I wiped it down with alcohol and then used some Meguiars HD cleaner then used protec it feels a lot smoother now maybe I got some crap on it before when I was wiping it down after the winter we shall see how long it last.
