March 27, Fished crappie in the west arm. Cold east wind with water temps at 54 and clear. Males are up shallow and very dark telling me the females aren't far behind. The males I cleaned were full of shad..

Our club fished on 6-6-10.
The morning started off cloudy and windy with clearing up and the wind died down about 10:30-11:00 am. The water temps were in the low 80's in the west arm. The over 15" fish all came off some type of worm or senko and the under 15" fish came off just about everything you threw. The big fish was a 4lbs 6ozs that came off a Texas rigged worm right off the bank. There was now real pattern to follow. All three of our keepers came off different baits.
