2020 VF200 SHO NMEA for trim and water pressure

I have hooked up my NMEA to my solix and works fine however I want more info so trying to find which water pressure sensor kit I need to show it on the solix and also to show trim.... do I just connect the 2 pink wires under the cowl together or is it required to disconnect the original dash gauge also?

    THANKS!!!

Disconnect the sender lead to the trim gauge at the dash and then connect the two pink sender leads on the motor together.

If your motor has the water pressure tap on the block for a mechanical or mechanical/electric water pressure gauge, you probably won’t need the kit and you could use a generic pressure sensor. https://www.amazon.com/GzYcsFocusqp-.../dp/B0C8HJVMTP

Doesn't have the tap in the back of the block so would need the adapter to fit this....any idea what size adapter is needed to go into block then the sender into it?

THANKS yam911. Will it not work leaving the dash trim gauge hooked up?
I see Yamaha kit for water pressure sensor kit quite pricey for what it is but that's boating!!!LOL

Male M14 on the block side and 1/8” BPS female. It’s oddball stuff but you can find on EBay. Also, Yamaha has a mechanical adapter kit. You won’t need the nipple portion. OEM Yamaha Outboard Water Pressure Adaptor MAR-WPRES-AD-TR https://a.co/d/8DsDbxB

Caveat: my motor had the mechanical setup. I removed the nipple and used the Amazon pressure sending unit I posted above. Your mileage may vary.
