Spanked 'em Sunday at Toledo Bend.
Had 5 in the well at 7:25. Fishing a long ridge that extends out into the lake with 3 ft of water on top, and grass on both sides out to 10 ft or so.
They were eating watermelon/red trick worms no matter how you fished them.
Caught them mostly wacky style, but also on C-rig and leadhead.
Also ran around the lake and if you could find a laydown in the water, there was a fish on it. Problem with that is, the lake is so low, it's hard to find a laydown that's not 8 ft up on the bank.
The ramp at South Toledo Bend state park is fine, probably the best on the lake.

Go on here and get weekly reports..Depending where on the lake you fish determines which Guide to choose for a report. We always use Joe Joslin due to the fact we stay on the South end.....heres his latest report

Hope this helps
Had another good trip this weekend. Caught 'em on flukes, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits.
Lake is still low, but the fish can be caught if you get out there.
Had 10 nice fish off one point first thing in the morning.
Just got back from the bend. Incredible!!!! Pirates cove has grass, San Miguel was sweet and Lanan was out of sight. If you can't limit out, something bad is wrong.

Bad weather conditions 4/8 - 4/9; fishing was very slow. They are hitting watermellon red lizards and white/red spinner baits.
We caught alot of fish the past few days, but no size. We lit 'em up on the Ribbits in the peppergrass. Also caught some of the nicer fish on an 11" watermelon red Zoom worm T-rigged in 14' of water. 1 oz. spinnerbaits slow rolled in 25' of water was productive too. Fished mostly the main lake around Patroon Creek.
Thanks for that info there rocket. Will be going out there this coming weekend. Staying around pendalton area. Any other places that you could shed light on?

I'd have to agree with Rocket, fish are pretty deep right now.
My best bite was in 20 to 25 ft of water C-riggin a trick worm.
