Software Update?

Updated software on the Ultra 106sv v28.0 with GLS10 v2.74 and LSV34 today via the Active Captain It fully downloaded and installed, the last screen that came up was the Garmin in the center display like it normally does when it's powered up. But the screen is unresponsive in a backlight view. Going on 3 hrs. Any suggestion, afraid to power down or remove power. Update went from v21.0 to 28 and 2.58 to 2.74.

Best of luck with that - I hope it resolves for you! I’ll be very interested to see what guys who know more than I do say about this. I’m also at v21.0 and 2.58 and I’ve been afraid to update because I don’t know if it’ll improve or degrade the images I’m getting now.

Active Captain may have been the hang-up. Downloaded to SD card with FAT32 format and performed a forced software update. All seems to be working good now. Image clarity maybe slightly better but not enough to go through the hassle and worries.
