NMEA 2000 Setup

I have a 2019 250 Pro XS 4 Stroke and a Lowrance HDS Gen 3 12” at the dash that I want to run dedicated engine information to. I am mainly concerned with RPMs, trim, and fuel. All the videos I have found seem to only provide about half of the information that I believe I need. Could someone provide a list of all of the items I need to run this network? TIA.
