No- provided that it's done properly.
You can re-adapt the trim sensor by running it all the way down and stalling the trim for 4 seconds at the DOWN position. Don't do this until the bolt (hex-head set screw) has been properly replaced.
I would encourage you to have the dealer perform the work so that it's properly recorded in the engine's history. They can also verify trim limit settings, and perhaps address the outstanding Service Bulletin (2023-30) at the same time.
