Built on phenix and MHX rod blanksScreenshot_2016-05-04-06-31-44.jpg
The two spinning rods are built on Pac Bay Quickline SJ782 blanks. The upper most casting rod is built on an MHX SJ783 blank that I trimmed to 6'. It makes a great jerk bait rod. The lower most casting rod is built on a Rainshadow RX7 CB66MH crankbait blank that I trimmed to 6'. It's great for throwing squarebills around heavy wood cover.
One other rod I've built but not pictured is built on a Rainshadow Immortal IMMC72MH blank. Awesome pitching and flipping rod. And I've just started a build on another Immortal blank from Rainshadow. A IMMC73ML blank that I have no doubts will be an awesome light jig and soft plastics rod for smallmouth.
The Immortal blanks are super sweet.
first chevron wrap. I just put the first coat of finish on tonight. Also did a tiger wrap on this rod. First time attempt.

3 that I just completed recently. The casting rod is built on an NFC MB725 C6O2 X ray blank. NFC XO skeleton reel seat / grip, with Fuji T2 guides. Black titanium with SIC rings. Rod weight : 3.35 oz. The reel is a Shimano Chronarch 150 MGL.
The one in the middle is a spinning rod built on an NFC SB724 X ray blank. Size 17 American Tackle Apex reel seat. The insert in the reel seat is a Fuji insert used in a 17 TVS, in the gold color they offer. KR concept guide train using the high choke guide option. Fuji T2, black titanium with SIC ring guides. Rear grip is a 9" CFX grip. I can't remember exactly, but I think the rod weighs 3.65 oz.The reel on it in the picture is a Shimano Sahara 3000, but it now has a Shimano Sustain 2500.
The bottom spinning rod is built on an NFC MB733 X ray blank. NFC XO skeleton reel seat / grip. KR concept guide train using Fuji T2 black titanium with SIC rings, guides. The rod weighs 3.5 oz. The reel is a Shimano Vanford 2500.
I'm currently wrapping another casting rod built on an MB725 C6O2 X ray blank. Same NFC XO skeleton reel seat / grip, but with Fuji guides. Regular titanium with Torzite rings. It too will have a Shimano Chronarch 150 MGL on it.
None of the 4 combos come in at over 14 oz.
