New TW website layout...

This is what I see - the old website all 26 letters were displayed at the top so you could go right to those vendors. Now you have to scroll through all of them.

Maybe it looks different on yours?

Click on the Shop Brands box in the upper left hand column and the 26 letters,#, and all will come up as before, nothing has changed.

That just brings me back to the main page. On the desktop version it shows up so maybe I need to change that setting on my phone.

Don't like it but not because of the navigation changes. I think they hired someone who is a noob as far as website design - looks like it was done by someone with no prior experience.

The reason that I don't like it is because it reminds me of Craigslist. Way too much white. I liked the dark website better.

Its official I do not like the new format

Fishing with a buddy he was doing well with a particular color worm and when I asked what brand or color name he hasn’t a clue he keeps them in a plano box and can’t remember what they are (As usual)
SO off I go to TW to look for a worn that looks like it

Well it use to be easy you click one a model and you could see all the colors, sizes and stock in a glance and click on a color to see a bigger photo was simple if nothing fit what you’re looking for you move on to the next brand/model

Now I have to click on the drop down and scroll then click on a color and if it’s not it I go back to the drop down and so on and so on with each color you have to wait to see what sizes are available once you click on it wasting time

When shopping for jigs I pick the size I want and it still won’t let me buy them because I didn’t select “3 Pack” even though they are ONLY sold in 3 packs WTH?

Yep,,, and a lot of other info has been left off as well,, on the rods there were descriptions on each of the Megabass rods now there is just a chart that has very basic info

Click on "Browse All Colors" under the drop down color menu box. You will see larger images of all the colors and available sizes for each color.

Again, on the page that has images of all the colors (larger images that the drop down box images) click on the color you like and you will see all the sizes available for that color and price for each size.

No one said it was not simple or they could not navigate it ,, it's just not as user friendly as it was before , not as much info and you have a lot more steps to do to get to the same results you did before the change ,, and for the purposes of looking for a color or other research it was great on the previous version ,,, not worth a chit now

Their shipping is getting lightning fast again. Made an order Monday morning. No upgrade on shipping. It shows out for delivery today.

Placed an next day order last week. It was split shipping from both warehouses. Two days later both boxes still st warehouses. I called and TW said “weather delays”. I asked if the same storm hit CA and GA at the same time. They then said they had no control over UPS. I then asked why the boxes were still in warehouses with only “label created”. Got refunded within 10 minutes

This is very true. I’ve gotten stuff very fast from them over the last 2 months.

There are certain things about the new layout that I don’t love (eg. harder to tell if particular colors are in stock), but it’s nothing Earth-shattering. All in all, it’s still a pretty easy site to navigate.

Just letting them know I'm not a fan of the new site and the reason why

others might want to do the same at least this way they know they have a problem and give them a chance to fix it
