Found out the rest of the "details" from him....he was waiting for the bus to get there and playing on the playground....he told the teacher that he fell and hurt his arm but that was it and basically "hid" it from her and said didn't need anything and actually took the bus home. Got home and told mommy that "I hurt my arm pretty bad" and it was blown up like a baloon....I was originall pissed, thinking they, school, blew him off and sent him on the bus with a broken arm but found out from him that he told them he was fine because he was afraid to get in trouble for flipping out of the swings....

Been there, done that. First bone I broke was my left wrist trying to show off on the playground. The next week, I broke my right hand. Had two casts for over 6 weeks. I broke another 24 or 25 over the next few years between fingers, wrists, hands, and arms. Doctor thinks I had a calcium deficiency for a few years haha. It really sucks when it comes at a bad time. Hope it heals fast and he's back to 100% soon!

Hate to see little kids get hurt but as mentioned, it happens now and then. Hope the little guy has a speedy recovery.
