Favorite lakes and rivers to fish? Least Favorite also!

My favorite in the state is Lake Michigan....you just can't beat fishing big water for BIG smallies....it is a rush.

My least favorite place to fish is the Ottawa pool of the Illinois River...I am getting better at it...I just get tired of fishing the damn river all the time.

Devils Kitchen
Cedar Lake
Little Grassy Lake
Lake of Egypt
Kentucky Lake
Lake Barkley

Rivers

Tennessee River
Cumberland River
Ohio River out of Paducah or Pool 13

Kentucky Lake- Lake Barkley are my favorites. Then Lake of the Ozarks.
The Mississippi River: LaCrosse, Pool 13, Pool 17, Pool 19...Pool 13, Pool 13.
I like Shelbyville, Smithland Pool, Truman, Table Rock .... Pool 13 is 135 miles from my house - that's where we usually go - me and my 'ol buddy Dan - Bullhead 1

Lake Geneva in the spring dragging a spider grub...My favorite place would have to be La Crosse and Prairie Du Chein on the river. Overall the best fishing cant beat a place where you can catch 50-60 bass a day..

I had some great days on Lake Delavan when I used to live in West Dundee it was not to bad of a drive .

Only fished Delaven once and it was a blast fishing the slop..I hear that lake has bigger bass then Geneva..Maybe I will try it next year..

One of the best topwater lakes ever fished...working spooks over the submerged weed smallies would blast them
