Just because the guys in boat where 21 and 23, were "fishing" 3 hours after sunset on a Tuesday, in an off times season wise, were sitting in the seats of the boat and not on the decks, and happend to be Spanish everyone assumes this was a drug deal ....oh forgot on a mexician border lake

I spoke to a friend of mine that used to guide on Falcon. His thought was a drug deal, he said no one fishes Falcon after sunset. He said he used to see boats loaded with weed, go somewhere and when they headed back to the Mexican side they would be empty. Suprise,

How you mistake 2 jet ski's for drug runners? I guess they can just shoot at anyone just because they were on the Mexican side?

If the rounds struck the guy on the left side and in the head. If I'm in a boat that is accelerating from a boat with a rifle I think my left side and head are down. I think it would be hard to hit somebody on the left side. But I guess it depends on the angle of the boat to the shooter too. I'm not saying it didn't happen that way but there is for sure some investigation required here.

I agree with everyone drug deal gone bad! Something is fishy here..... so the guy gets shot the boat leaves, then he sees his boat doing circles but swims the other way...???hmmmmm not adding up! Adrenaline or not something is wrong with this painting here...
