I've bought from them before and had no problems. And I'm sure some day I will again, probably soon. (just bought a lil turd of a jon boat that needs tons of attention).

But, I'd disagree on that being best. Far from it actually. Consider what it took to get that service. Over a month and a last resort public plea.

Great customer service is not if you create problems, but how well the problem is handled.

Seats did arrive as ordered along with multiple phone calls from staff a complete turn around from the past month... they also explained the reasoning for all the issues which made everything understandable... I wish this was explained when the dates got pushed back, I would have been more understanding... the seats are excellent quality for the price and will do business again. Like I said it was a complete turn around today, I must have received 4 phone calls confirming everything. Thank You

Don't delete it, let the BBc folks see it. Great recovery by the company and a good chance for you to learn from this post, too. Glad it worked out for you.

I agree, let it stay up. It's rare that an owner of a company will fall on the sword. Refreshing to say the least.

I've found them an absolute pleasure to deal with. Excellent quality, and I had an issue my self, it was my issue, not theirs but I feel they bent over back wards and delivered an awsome product!

I even went with them for my carpet when I re-did my boat and my freind did also when his came in it looked thicker than mine I called or e-mailed them and see what the difference was because we supposedly both ordered 20oz carpet they said there might have been a mix up with mine but since I had already started my boat ,they sent me enough carpet to do my bunks to try and make up for the mishap I think that is good customer service, and I love the seats really comfortable and holding up well

I ordered two casting seats, but only received one. Made a call and the other one was shipped promptly. I asked about a BBC discount, but was told there was no such discount. Seats are good quality and priced fairly. I will order from bassboatseats.com the next time I need seats.

I don't think the thread should be deleted, but maybe send (Al From Canada) a private message, so he can possibly change the title of the thread. People will see the title of the thread without even opening the thread, and think that bassboatseats.com is a poor company.
