Re: Power Poles in Tenn (alex98)

    I have Talons.

This is near Buchanan resort, sitting in 7.5' water fishing a lay down. You'll notice the two boats in the background. They were doing a poker run that day and it was one boat after another. Those Talons held me in place. There's a lot of shallow water on Ky lake that you can use them..

Whether it is Talons or Power Poles. You will be surprised at how many times you will use them.

Re: Power Poles in Tenn (adamat)

    Thank you.

Back seat was one I rigged for my wife to add an umbrella to. Left off the Phoenix seat that day.

Boat has 25 hrs on it.

I tend to agree with you but also disagree. It is up to you to decide if they would be a benefit to enabling you to catch more fish and to enjoy your overall boating experience more. To pick a bone with you I could say that I have cut my grass with some hand clippers and then an old fashioned push mower without the engine before I wanted to keep up with the Jones and bought a motor powered lawn mower and or riding mower, these are not necessary but sure make life much more enjoyable.

I do this also. Most of the year I fish deeper than a Power Pole will reach, but I would still like to have one.
