Campers like Bill Luthy are upset with possible changes that might move him from <u>a lot he's called his second home for 25 years.</u> </td></tr></table>
I don't imagine that the TVA envisioned people setting up homestead at a campground when they drafted the original plans.
I'm sure the campground in Cypress with people like living in their campers year round are part of what it is aimed at. I unlike those across the bay from me who have built sunrooms on their campers can pull mine out for 2 weeks every year if it makes TVA happy. I just am not real fond of a lottery to find out if you have a camping spot for next year.

Out of curiosity, how does this stack up to the Corps. of Engineers program on Barkley?
I don't recall seeing too many ratty old marinas or campgrounds on Barkley....could it be TVA is stepping their program up to match what the Corps. already has in place?
It's not just campgrounds getting hit, it's marinas too!![]()
Will this also be the end of people who use their houseboat as their primary residence? You can't do that on Barkley, but it's been fair game on KY.

This year's flood and people that have been building attached structures may be at the root of some of it too. There were a lot of people at Moor's that had built decks for their campers. From what I was told, that put them in a bind when they were trying to move campers out of the campgrounds.
