All Star. Would love to try a Furnace Bay or Kistler Helium but their way out of my price range
Looks like Kistler is winning. I didn't think that many people used them here. I know I love me Helium
Kistler HTA. After breaking a few on hookset, I thought I would try something else. Everything else I tried was like holding a broomstick.
Kistler rods hands down, that goes for their graphite and helium LTA models. i fished every brand from Gloomis to shimano, falcon and back again. Trey Kistler and Clifford are people in a class of their own. the customer service is unbeatable.
every rod in my locker has their name on it and that is the only name allowed in it.

I've been using Daiwa for about 3 years and overall they are great rods. Their LT line is what I prefer.
Kistler LTA's for single hook baits. I really like the Gloomis CBR843 and 845 for treble hook baits. Could cover every rod need I have with these two brands.

I've got 8 Fenwich Techna AV rods. They are as good or better than any rod out there. I have never had a problem with them They are light and have a rod to match any bass fishing need.

I like Kistler Rods of course. I work there and know what goes into making a great rod. It takes a great group of people who take pride in their work and not being scared to try something new. The most important thing is the feedback from the people who use them
I've heard Kistler has changed their warranty/return policy, is that true?
All but one of my rods are AllStars and I've had absolutely no problems with them.

There is a guy in Baton Rouge named Jimmy Moulder who builds custom rods. He uses many different blanks, Pacific Bay, St. Croix and others. He gets alot of information from you and takes his time to do it right. Warranty is great. He builds rods for L.S.U complete with logo and does several local outdoor T.V show rod series as well.
