So what will the Classic be ? I would be VERY unhappy to qualify & find out it's banned if I'm allowed to use it to qualify. How is it going to be fair if you can use it in the Opens or Federation events & not in the Classic.

They won’t change for the Classic no matter what. You fish the rules that you qualified under.

As long as the rule was the same for the whole Classic field idk what the issue would be unless guys think they can’t compete without it. College and HS baseball players make their names with metal bats but get handicapped with wood bats when they get to the show. I’m pretty indifferent on whether they ban FFS or not but your argument doesn’t carry much water.
