How Shallow can you Run?
I had a 19 ‘ Ranger in. 20’ garage . At a angle
I have a Champion 187 in the garage with room to walk around but it has to angled to do so.
I had a smaller 2 car garage at my old home. I bought a 2019 Ranger Z518 with Atlas 6" jack plate on back. I could fit it corner to corner with the break away trailer swung and the motor all the way down turned to one side. It was snug, but worked.

If you have a standard 2 car garage with a 16’ wide door, that is 20’x20’ on the inside of the garage you can fit most 20’ - 20’6” boats so long as you park it at an angle and have a swing away tongue that is about even with the nose of the boat.
Triton Patriot trx is 22'9" IIRC. But a 20' garage is going to be tough to find anything that will fit inside. 179 TRX is 20'9" with the tongue swung away as I recall. IIRC the smallest Ranger is about an inch longer stored.
