But each single pack is $2.99.

That took way too long. It had too many long pauses.

It was stupid interview after stupid interview. Clunn is an angler, not a celebrity commentator…he’s brutal to listen to. This halftime show is dead air. The only fishing they showed were the same repeats of the same few fish catches.

all in all…..boring to watch, worse to listen to.

…..and DIEON SANDERS???? Get that idiot away from the mic. Or, give him the mic with Zona. Couldn’t be much worse.

This is the least I've ever watched the classic. I've been to two of them in person. It just wasn't exciting.

No streaming problems here for me other than the final this evening a little bit of audio in/out before weigh-in started....

I couldn't have made it through the three days if it weren't for them being on a lake that I used to fish a lot. I think that we expect too much. We all know they're professionals, but on a very low-level sport. It's only all of us rednecks that even recognize LMB fishing as a sport. Go into a restaurant and ask the patrons if they saw the Classic this weekend. They would look at you and say.......

I thought it was decent, I'm ok with them cutting out the audience noise in between. seems like they have been doing that for awhile. But alas I did notice it again and thought there would be plenty of people complaining and criticizing this on Monday. Is this the first time some of y'all have watched it online? that must be good, new viewers.

I think some of us just cannot comprehend how small of a market fishing is. They expect everything to be like Golf that is a 20x + bigger market share.

It was terrible to watch, for the portion I viewed. Between the excessive commercials, babbling commentary, and repetitive flashbacks (prior classics, Day 1, and Day 2), I abandoned the programming to await the posted final results. I’d strongly suggest they replace the Production Team at a minimum. Surprising beatdown given their ownership…

The quality itself sucked. However, my biggest issue was the content. I am sick of listening to the losers of the previous day rattle off excuses and retired pros giving their 2cents. I want to watch the anglers actually in the competition COMPETE! Live coverage from the boat. Of the angler, not some A-hole 5 feet away trying to interview him. The amount of coverage of anglers fishing was slim to none, only when they caught one. Which in this tourney was few and far between. Then the rest of the day was them just replaying the same fish catch from 10am.

Just weigh the damn fish and keep it going. There is so much bullshit that
its hard for me to watch. How many dead fish because it takes so long to
get them weighed. The young man that won seemed to be a class act.

I was stuck watching the coverage on Bassmasters website, hopefully FOX actually had something worth viewing; but sure doesn’t sound like it. It’s ironic how just 2 years ago, most of us were choosing Bass over MLF, that is quickly changing. BASS is falling on their own sword.

and it’s not because of FFS, like some of the grumps say, it’s the lack of fishing coverage and added worthless commentary.

I doubt anyone can please the crowd of fisherman viewing there own sport. We all want something but don't want the stuff that goes along with it, therefore it will never get to the level we want to see it at. This is prolly the demise of the sport, if such a thing would actually happen. I believe the majority of people were good with the coverage.

The easiest, most basic thing anyone can do is complain, takes no thinking, no analysis, just words.

All im gonna say is that it needs an adjustment. Let me put this in perspective.

Nascar dropped the Green Flag on a 400 mile race while those guys were getting off the water or running in.. (and yes I know its an hour to Ft Worth from the lake).
Nascar finished that 400 mile race with 4 cautions and 2 stage breaks and had interviews BEFORE the first fish was weighed in.

It needs tightened up a little.

I've been saying it for years. Horrible management will destroy a company, and the management team at BASS is rounding the Back 9 with the downfall of what used to be the best organization in bass fishing. They are completely out of touch with their target audience. I watched some this weekend, but nothing at all like I used to.

Moving forward I hope they can see and recognize their mishaps and get them corrected.

You were good with no audio randomly throughout the event? Also being told weigh in starts at 5pm when in reality pros didn't take the stage until 7? And little to no coverage of actual anglers fishing? I cant believe Fox had anything to air. They usually pick and choose the best parts of bass live and the midday report. But the whole broadcast was so bad I doubt they were able to string together 2 hours of problem free air time.

Then again the majority of people have a low IQ and don't have any standards, so unfortunately you're probably right. The majority of our population was probably ok with it.

Well next year it will be in Knoxville....and logistically that helps a ton as the Launch and Venue are maybe 2 miles apart. Knoxville is hands down the best location they have used in years from a fans perspective.

Best location from a fish's perspective too since there is no 75+ minute drive to weigh in. They can actually call it a "live" release in Knoxville.

100% correct. It is the same reason they are trying to shorten baseball games. People aren't going to sit in one spot for 3 hours, especially not to watch a tournament weigh-in.
