Agreed, I understand he has a big audience, but it is somewhat of a slap in the face of the other rule abiding anglers to give him an apology tour complete with puff piece articles and day 1 camera.

I also hope BASS does some adjustment after the first two tournaments of the year. Either bring live mix back, or cut the studio segments and halftime show nonsense way down.

Agree! The halftime show is so dumb. Show us fishing. Exactly why I’m on board with more anglers putting the livestreams in their boats.

I rarely, if ever post anything, but here we go....

Member scince 7/1/2004. Made a whole 19 posts apparently. I joined for the technical info as I had bought my first Ranger back then. That's my background.

No disrespect to Loll1121 but who cares who has a mara in the boat and who doesn't? I personally have never run a 50+ million dollar a year company and assume that they have reasons. Controversy being one. I like Scott. I actually like most of the guys that make a living doing it. I just like to fish.
So my point being who cares if SM has a camera boat? If you feel bad that your guy didn't get one ok. Get over it. Posts like this just open up the opinionated. Then comes the mens knitting club all chiming in. I would love to see technology put a camera in every boat but I'm not paying for it. I watch what they provide me and don't care if someone has a camera boat or not. Not my call. To me, and this is why I rarely post anything, is just a question to the masses to see how many see it your way. I don't get it.

I think they just want to document the fact that Scott actually made it to a Classic finally. Remember all that win one for my dad stuff?

I appreciate the response. Other than Milliken, Scott is my favorite Pro. Followed him his whole career and have hung out multiple times with him and his family. This is a forum to have discussion. No better place to talk fishing than with you fine folks because my wife doesn’t care very much lol I was just stating that I was shocked they put one in his boat with everything that happened. I’m the same way, there is no one on tour that I dislike. Just love watching fishing but I do have favorites who I would like to see win. I guess I’ve seen much more hostile convos on here and I don’t see anything wrong with firing up a topic that I found ironic on a fishing forum. My apologies

No one has mentioned how JT Thompkins has gotten 0 attention or, camera time since his DQ last year. He has taken the heat & his roomate/info. partner back on camera.

They need to place a few cameras in the spectators boats. Would increase viewing by at least 50%

I’m surprised they didn’t put a camera on Milliken for day one.

from what I’ve heard supposedly he’s on some.

His treatment from the fans and BASS management could not be more different than the two veterans that got DQ'd this year. I don't know how much of that is fair or not, but it's certainly a huge difference.

Milliken is probably on giants and doesn't want a camera in his boat the first day. If I was him I would have told them to keep the camera out of my boat as long as possible. haha.

I think you missed the point being that Scott just cheated, got disqualified, and is now rewarded with a camera in his boat day 1. Thats the reason, not that "his guy" didnt get a camera instead.

It was interesting listening to Casteldine this morning talk about the lake. Apparently a lot of dead water and stuff that looks incredible but holds no fish. Those who embrace with wind with a big bait i assume will be the ticket.

Actually shocked that anyone cares who has cameras the first day. Don’t they move them later in the day?

no they stay with who they start with. I think MLF will pull cameras from guys who aren’t catching them and take them elsewhere though.
