I solved mine by using a separate charger on the electronics battery , my noco multi bank was transferring between crank bat and electronics bat , I first just disconnected it by pulling the fuse on that lead , sounds like you already did that .
Are you using the crank bat for trolling mtr , or do you have a separate battery for it ? if seperate try a wire from neg of it to the crank bat also
I have a separate battery for electronics. I was getting interference from the trolling motor though and it was because I had the multi bank charger connected. I took it off of the electronics battery and it fixed that problem

could you post a pic here of what that looks like mounted? when I dropped it down to clear up the issue it seems like it would put the transducer at the bottom edge of the hull where the fittings are.

OR move the mount toward the middle of the transom a bit. Just make sure the lower unit wont hit it. Maybe double face tape for a test.

I tried lowering the left side it while on the water and it helped a little bit but they still showed up. Then I lowered the back until it cleared up but this is too severe of a tilt. This is now causing interference on the gt56 but only when I’m trolling with my lvs34 transducer in the water

cant get it to post because of stupid size limits. anyway, it looks like to me, that the motor mount metal and that plate is what is reflecting some signal becuase the transom is a rounded shape?

on mine the jack plate mount is 4" above the transducer and nothing left to right. with a two second hold on my trim button i can scan thru both sides but my transom is flat and has some rise to it.

you may have no choice but to mount it as a skimmer at the bottom of hull or under the step.

Fixed this and thought I would post an update in case someone has the same issue. Apparently the hull step was causing the issue. Mounted it lower on the hull and it cleared up
