New 36V 72” Terrova Quest keeps shutting off during sustained speeds over 5 or bursts of higher loads (starting prop at 7 or above or attempting to steering when prop is on a higher speed). Motor is throwing error code 1.2 “Battery voltage too low”.
Problem becomes more frequent the longer the trolling motor has been in use after charge.
Battery monitoring still shows 85% battery and 37+ Volts. Motor is hard wired with 12FT of 6 gauge wire to 1 year old group 31 Duracell AGMs using a terminal block (comes with ranger boats).
Checked voltage of each battery at end of day end each read 12.70V +/- .02.
