Sorry about your neck issues. Back in July I had some neck pain, figured I slept wrong, went fishing thought I could "fish it off". Next day I had so much pain I went to the E R. Got some dope and muscle relaxers and a Physical Therapy appointment. I've done a month or so of P T, and I really don't think it helps a damn but. My biggest problem is I can't turn my head hardly at all side to side, makes merging on the highway more interesting.

    Oh yeah, I'm 81.

I have degenerative disc disease in my neck and other problems with my spine. I have to start out slowly each day but manage to power through it most times. Physical therapy helps but don’t last unless you go every day for the rest of your life. So I just deal with it best I can. Hope you find something that works for you Al !

Every time I fish I have a headache from one to three days due to neck pain but I’ll manage as long as I can possibly stand it.

No real pain with my neck but it sounds like popping bubble wrap as I move my head around.

Soft 4” cervical collar helps a lot.

Takes the weight off your muscles near neck.

Wear it when watching tv or lounging around.

My sister turned me on to this product and it really helped.
