keep eye open its the time of yeat most of the "PRO's are switching reels and or sponsors.................I purchased 4 revo from West coast guy couple years ago...$90 each were almost like new! some times on Ebay--- and dont be scard to get on thier website and make offer

I got a Zillion Calcutta 200 and they are bullet proof, but the Revos are the king of the hill right now. Revos with the diff. speeds is the way to go and match the reels.

I don't know that much about all these high dollar reels. I've been a Quantum KVD(Code) reel user for years then I found the Lews Speed Spool. For the money,approx. $79.00, the Lews SS1H Speed Spool has got to be the best long lasting low costing reel out there. I have found them for Haven't heard a bad thing to say about the reel.

my max dollar for a reel is 200.00 there are too many really good ones out there for this price or less. I really like last years Curado (now the Chronarch). If I was in the mark I would be looking for a used or NIB Curado E on ebay or the for sale board. I have heard some mixed reviews about the new Curado G. I have a couple Revos too and like them also. My Revo Wench is the smoothest reel I have ever touched.

I like the looks of the new Lews too....and they are NOT made in China ....but made in Korea...
