Thanks Roger
If this stock market keeps tumbling any further, I'll be selling the boat for food money and living out of a cardboard box! Wonder how good the food is at the local homeless shelter?

It aint Bullet fast but its pretty fast for a 17 foot flatbottom squirt boat. It will run right at 60 while you are dirt tracking it around a turn in 2 inches of water.....You drive it more with the gas pedal than you do the steering wheel and it can get a little wild sometimes if your are not careful, but it sho is FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll bet it's a blast. That's a sweet looking ride, looks like a fishin' machine too.
i'm new to the site,i'll post some pics later,but boat & tow vehicle are: 1997 ranger 451v comanche,1997 mercury 150 efi & 1997 gmc extended cab z-71.

It is a blast for a fact, its even more fun than Gregg's little red rocket!! I do owe a HUGE Thanks to Gregg for letting me build it for our demo boat this year. We both have a TON of hours in putting it together and polishing it. It sure has got some looks at the gas station, which it likes to stop at quite often!!
And Gregg, that little 17ftr aint even got a troller on it....
Hey guys and gals.
This is my first post and thought it appropriate in our home state group. I am a new boater and just 2 weeks ago got my first boat. I have fished a lot through out my childhood and lived in a 12ft flatbottom. (Well not really but fished alot )
I so far have taken it out 3 lakes in the 2 weeks I have owned it. I certainly hope to keep it in the water more than on the trailer. I live in Beebe AR and would like to spend a lot of time on Lake Barnett, but I really have to learn the channel there. I didn't fare to well today in the murky water with overcast.
Truck: Ford F150 XLT
Boat: 1991 Shadow 180v
Motor: 1990 Evinrude XP150
My dad passed the fishing torch to me at a very young age. I now have that opportunity to do the same for my kids. Here is a photo of a 3 generations of fishermen. It was a very neat thing to get my dad and my kids out on the water together.
Just talk to mr clairday...he is a barnett fishin' fool...or maybe just a fool..either or...AHAHAHA..
Congratulations on the new boat...and welcome to a great site and great group of guys...
