have a club tournament coming up on Foss and have never seen the lake and due to work probably won't get to prior to the tournament.
Does anyone have any suggestions about parts of the lake and technique?

Cutberth creek fishing the small points with crankbait or soft plastic.
I would fish mainly on the north side. I've done much better on that side of the lake. Some bass have already moved out to the main points also. Also fishing up in the back of the creeks in the shallows early may produce as will with jig/pig.

Tom that lake handed 18 good fishermen there backsides. 6 fish weighed in by 5 anglers sunday. I took 2nd and big bass with 1 fish weighing 2.97!!!
had a big fish on mid day from a main lake point (on jig and pig) but couldn't get her in the boat, was well over 5 pounds.
I fished cutberth creek most of the morning and is where I picked up my one fish on a spinnerbait. all the other fish caught came off buzz baits early before the storms rolled in.
several quality fish were reported lost around the marina area,(one by yours truly)
Several guys from the western oklahoma bass masters, came by our weigh in, to see how we did and said we just caught it at a terrible time, and they believe yet this year a 20 pound string will come in. Evidently during the spawn the lake rose 10 inches and they said the fish that were on nest stayed and it caused to much stress on them. right now they said flukes or sweet beavers in the grass are the only things providing a consistant bite.
overall a long drive to fish in nasty thunderstorms and hard rain for very few fish.
