I will be fishing the Northern Open out of Sandusky as a co-angler. If anyone would be practicing the 24th before the meeting and had an open back seat, I would love to get out on the lake.

Can't help you out on the practice, but I can tell you to stock up on the Pour Boy Gobbies. Drop shot them. Also, mellonpepper and/or green pumpkin w/ gold or copper fleck tubes. Drag 'em. Good Luck!

I love it, finally people are going to come up to my hometown to fish. I just posted a report on the Lake Erie forum, but I have been catching a ton of fish off of the Northeast side of Kelly's close to the main point on small rock piles, but If I were fishing the tournament I would either travel 12 miles to the east and fish Ruggles or catch a few big largemouth from East Harbor and take my chances.
I really appriciate all the help fellas.![]()
What you need is an order of Hookerz Tackle OCtopus hooks, TNT STicks, Tube Jigs and Fantail Tubes.. Not sure how I know that..![]()

John isn't kidding! I just whacked them up on Lake Michigna with Hookerz drop shot gear. I like to use the Size 1 EWG hooks to nose hook the baits.
Took 22# on five fish to win the Great Lakes Green Fish series this past weekend.. Biggest 5 fish sack of greenies I have ever heard of to cross a scale..
