Thanks Coach for the credit but I learned everything I know from Papaw. Right know I am trying to update my birds and get ready to head to Belews on Sunday.Last time I was on the lake a Hopkins Spoon was the key to success in deep deep water.
Look up creeks for dingier, cooler, water. Main lake temps are in the 60's. Up the creeks, in the 40's. Spinner baits been pretty good lately.
If you are interested, there are tournaments on Belews, Saturday, fist light -3pm, and Sunday 8am-3pm. Both events are open and taking off from Pine Hall boat ramp.

would love to fish one of the tourney's but I've got Daddy duty on Saturday and Honey-Do's on Sunday.
