clubs in greensboro/winston salem?

Hey gang,
Anyone know of any clubs in the greensboro area? May be moving to madison after the first of the year and may fish a club up that way. Im in a great club in asheboro now but looking to cut down travel.

Madison is kind of out there isnt it. You would be traveling anyway?

Madison, NC home of the "Daytona of Dirt" 311 Speedway, now that use to be a party. I guess you will be spending a lot of time on Belews Creek. I would get up with the folks at Betty's Grocery/Tackle shop on hwy 8 North of Walnut Cove and South of Danberry, NC they will know of any Bass Clubs in the area. Mike you might want to check with Tri-City Tackle on Mountain Street in Kernersville, NC. Use to be a lot of guys there that fished tournaments everywhere.

Yes it is out there but there are still lakes within 30 to 45 minutes of there vs over an hour to fish yadkin lakes.

Thanks! That was a nice fish you sent me this morning. Did you tie it up for saturday? I may just bring my boat and fish solo if I can stay awake! Night shift sucks!

Yep I got it and 2 more tied up. She was a pig weighed 7-4 and the other 2 were
5 and 4-8. Hope they bite Sat.

Come to an Old Lake Bassmasters meeting. Like Rodney said, we meet near the airport. Meet once a month and fish once a month but we fish from the VA line to the SC line. Wouldn't cut down on travelling for tournaments but you are welcome to come meet us. E-mail me for the next meeting time and location if you are interested.

Located in Archdale/Trinity. We only meet <u>one</u> time at the beginning of the season, usually in February and pick all our lakes that we will fish each month. You could still join for this year, you would not have to pay the yearly dues as we only have 4 tournaments left. Check out our web site for all the info.

I live in Madison and fish with some guys from Lexington. Yes, the drive is a little longer for most lakes, but it is that much closer to Smith Mountain and Philpott!

I love philpott! I've been to smith mtn once but not to fish.

Coach if you interested in a club in the northeast side of Greensboro Last Cast Bass Anglers meets on the second Tuesday of each month. Next meeting is the 12th of July. Real great bunch of guys. I plan on going over on the 12th of July to see about joining back up with them.
