A Passing And A Birth

On Saturday Oct 2 at approx 5:30 pm my younger sister lost her battle with illness and went to be with our savior. She was 54. It had been a battle that was very rough for her for the last most of a year. She had lived in Lynchburg Va. for the last 25 years and was in the hospital when she left us. Debbie will be deeply missed.

At approx 5:30 pm today at Asheboro hospital my daughter gave birth to a beautiful red headed baby boy. He weighed 7lb 11oz. His name is Bryson Trip Housley.

A lot of times God may give us trials in our life that seems to test our strength. But then he also blesses us with wonderful things . Now maybe I can get things back as close to normal as they can be. Thanks for putting up with me for the past year.

Similar happening in my family in 2008.

April 17th, my brother's daughter was born, April 29th my uncle passed away, June 7th my grandfather passed away.

My grandfather's health was going down hill and he spent alot of time in a long term care hospital, My uncle had some serious health problems aswell, he had told my grandmother many times that he didnt want to see his dad die. It is believed that my uncle died of a sudden heart attack, not anything related to his condition. My grandmother truely believes that this was the lord taking care of things.
