Just curious since they are also a Ranger dealer. Is there a big price difference between comparably equipped boats, or pretty close?

You will have to upgrade a Ranger Z520/Z521 to get what comes standard on the Phoenix. The Phoenix will be about $10,000.00 less.

    Phoenix

Sweet, the ones I'd seen previously at the boat shows seemed priced as high as Rangers, maybe now that more dealers have them they are getting reasonable in this part of the country.

Any idea where the 618s are hitting with 150 Optimax or 4-strokes? Above or below Stratos/Stratos Elite (Champion) or Basscat in price?

Whatever happened to the Bumble Bee line, I see some a few years old for sale, but nothing new. I thought that they were the introductory boats for Phoenix?

Just thinking of possible upgrades to my 2003 Ranger 185, and I like the 18' +/- size, even though I would prefer dual axles on the trailer.

    Re: Phoenix (shemstreet)

We have a 619 (19'8") here with a 200 ETEC and a tandem axle trailer for close to what you will pay for a smaller Ranger 188/Z518 (18'8") with a single axle trailer and a 150, The Ranger does not come STANDARD (you have to pay to upgrade) with a hot foot, or pro trim, or cover, or jackplate, or pumpout livewell.

The phoenix has all of the above standard, it's included in the price.

You can buy a 618 Phoenix with a 150 and all the above standard options for less than 30K. Another big selling point to a customer who wants to special order a boat, is Phoenix does not charge extra to custom color your boat, Ranger will charge you $1200+ to do it on anything other than the large Z boats.

We do have a 618 here in stock for you to look at if your interested. We plan to take it to the Greensboro boat show if we still have it in stock.
We will take your 185 Ranger on trade as well!
