i was up on harris friday afternoon with everybody else from the nine surrounding counties man it was packed i saw 2 mexicans walking aroud the cove at the dam with throw nets casting side by side i saw them catch a 4.5 pounder an it went to lake crisco i am sure isn`t that illegal
That is where I'm headed tomorrow for bedders also. But not with a throw net. It seems this year there are a ton of boats on harris.
Catching gamefish by castnet is unlawful. I see them at Jordan quite often.

i got 2 rods broke saturday and lost a 6lber beside the boat that costed me a check in bojangles pro am its hard to fish for bedders on a slot lake
My club is coming up this weekend for a 2 days tournament, hope the fish are off the beds!! But I'm fishing Harris for the first time in 8 years all I want is a 10lbs fish!!

The Game Wardens were out yesterday on 4 wheelers
I saw some south of the border residents when I put in @ about 930, but I didn't see them when I pulled out, hopefuly the law has reached them in the woods..
as for the boat traffic..get used to it, this isn't nothing yet..wait till the pleasure boaters really get out on the water..

there are a few on beds..but you can't see them good because of water clarity, the water is really dirty right now @ Harris, and they are extremely spooky..but if you can find one he will bite. caught several Fri Afternoon, including one over 7 looking at her..

I was out there this morning. Bass on beds, to spooky for me to site fish anything. I saw one male on a bed and he wanted nothing to do with what I had.
I found fish in 12 ft of water adjacent to a flat today. I could feel some rock. I was dragging a C-Rig and T-rig believe it or not and this little lady wanted to my little C-Rigg lizard.
Check her tail as it is pretty clean, she was still waiting for her man to get the house ready...
