Anyone been to falls lake lately? Have a club tourney there 3/20/10

THE lake is still high but dropping ,and muddy i think there was a small tx saturday see some dince bags are they where pre-tx fishing so a couples boats from boats un -limilted at the ramp and also a norris craft and a pretty e-hart gambler ?
Had a Club Tournament at Falls Lake Saturday 3/13. The day started cloudy and misting rain. Shortly after sunrise the rain stopped but the skies remained partly cloudy. The air temp rose into the 60's with water temps in the low to mid 50's. By mid morning the winds had picked up to 10-15mph. The lake is back close to normal levels but is heavily stained to muddy right now. Several club members made the run up the river but as the old saying goes "The river makes you a hero or a zero". Today it made a bunch of zeros. However, there were some nice sacks weighed in caught from the main lake. We had eight boats with fourteen anglers weigh in 22 fish for 82.25 lbs. First place was 22.26 lbs, second place was 21.11 lbs. Big fish was 8.44 lbs. We also had two others weighed in over six pounds. First place catch was from a main feeder creek on a spinnerbait. Second place came from a main lake flat on a rattle bait. I didn't get none of the big ones today but my partner had one over 6 lbs. Here are some pics of three of the hawgs weighed in today.

Yes, from Ledge Rock. Heard Phil had some nice sacks also in his Piedmont Classic but haven't seen the results yet.
