    Randleman Lake

Anyone heard the date in April that they are going to finally open up this new lake?

Also a max speed of 25mph. I do not even think my boat will stay on plane at 25 mph.

I only live a few miles from it & I don't plan to ever fish it. Too many rules and restrictions. Launch fee, fishing permit fee, must carry a pail to pee into...it's just too wacko for me.

What do you do with the pail after it gets full?

Agree with Buzz, too much BS to bother. Heck, you cant even beach your boat to visit the forest animals and water/fertilize the trees. Give it a few years and all those rules will be null and void and it will be like every other lake.

Mackintosh in Burlington was the same way before they opened. The bucket idea never happened. They are counting on boats as a income to help offset the cost of operations. But then again Guilford county is involved in this mess and it's never good when they get involved.
