help with water pressure guage install

98 johnson FICHT 150 Model # J150ILECR Serial # G04491771 The hose barb that came with the guage kit has fine threads and where it screws in is a standard 3/8 bolt thread what am I missing? Or where can I find the hose barb with the correct threads? Thanks for any help,

Pretty sure they are NPT threads go to a good hardware store in the plumbing dept and you should find one all else fails your local BRP dealer will have one.
