Was thinking of the Agawam if I don't have to work or Glen Charlie. Has anybody been at Glen Charlie I'm curious about ramp conditions.

Rod I got all the parts today. My axel seals were leaking. They have a special stainless sleeve that fits over the axel that the seal meets with. So I ordered all the axel parts and I'm changing over from oil bath to greese hubs

Yup the river. I personally I have never fished it. It's been on the list of places to hit with my son. I have heard and seen pics of some nice fish, so we'll see what happens.

Big fish in the Agawam, but you have to punch through the mats. Going to Long Pond Harwich tommorrow to prefish for a Freedom tourny

Are you saying that it gets that thick. I'm working Saturday so my time might be limited, I'll see what Sunday morning brings, good luck in Harwich

It gets thick for sure, but its not one big massive weedhole. There are big round mats of weeds, some maybe 6 or 7 feet in diameter....you need a big weight to punch through them, and once through it is open underneath them, they are floating mats....the weeds dont go alll the way to the bottom.. and if you have never been there before, make sure you stay way left after you go under the bridge, cause if you go straight you will hit some nasty rocks
