last night the price family of ron and amanda where shot in an attempted robbery. amanda was pronounced dead and ron was sent to tupelo for a shot in the shoulder. they had a 4 or 5 year old daughter who was not harmed. he was the football coach for new albany high school. a very good family and amanda was one of the niciest people around. a buddy of mine lived across the street and his dog was going crazy as she heard it all when he went out to scold her he heard a man scream out just before the police showed up. another buddy lived down the road was robbed before they made it to the price's. he had his wallet and a gun taken from his truck. this is very disturbing. we very rarely have that happen around here. it has been years since something like this has happened. as far as i know they shooter or shooters have not been found. please send out prayers for the family. it was just a few days ago i lost a fishing buddy to a car wreck and he was only 27. to many bad things have been happening lately so just be thankful becasue we never know when it will be our time.
