    Saw an article in NOLA, they are doing everything possible to stop the partying.

    we went to New Orleans yesterday and watched the Buddy D parade (men wearing dresses) it was a lot of fun. They sure as heck are partying in NOLA. I though Nagen was supposed to talk to Miami about letting the coonies party.
