I have a 1999 -90HP fitch MOD#E90FPLEEC Cold start engine starts and runs perfect after u have run it and warms up u shut it off it will not start. U turn the key,starter pops up making contact with flywheel turning it a maybe 1 turn and starter disengages. This happens everytime u turn the key. After u wait about 1 hour or engine cools and turn the key and it will turn over and start just like it should. Run it and get it hot again and it does the same thing over again.Starter engages flywheel for a split second and drops back down it will continue to spin if u keep the key turned to start position. HELP
