Need Help A.S.AP. again 1995 Johnson 150

Here I go again guys,

I'm selling 1 of my boats 1995 389 F/S with a Johnson 150. I get to the lake with the potential buyer and right as we get to WOT the motor starts to hesitate and surge. It does'nt do this until your plained out. It idles fine and starts great, Could this be a fuel filter needing replaced or what? Have not had a lick of trouble out of this boat until it's time to take the buyer out on a test run. It has set for a while and not sure on where to start looking.

Could be a fuel system problem if you haven't added a stabilizer to the tank and has been sitting around for awhile, but sounds electrical, most likely the PP. Try this before you change anything though when runnig and it starts to mess up hit the choke, if it changes and improves, fuel system if not then electrial.

Kind of hoping it's fuel related I put some stabilizer in it, but it has sat for a long time. Once it starts bogging down I'll slow down a little and once it picks up some fuel she purrs again and runs out good.
